    THE PURCHASE WAS NICE; HOWEVER THE DELIVERY WAS SOMETHING ELSE! THE FIRST TRY NEVER ENTERED THE BUILDING AND DIDN'T USE THE KEYPAD PROVIDED. THE SECOND TIME THEY TRIED TO DELIVER THEY UAED THE KEYPAD BUT THEY NEVER CAME TO THE SECONDFLOOR!! FINALLY ON THE THIRD TRY I RECEIVED MY DELIVERY. I HAVE ORDERED THE SAME ITEMS MANY TIMES AND EXPERENCED THE SAME DELIVERY PROBLEMS. YOUUR MANAGEMENT TEAM SHOULD INVESTERGATE THE PROBLEM AND CONSIDER REPLACING THE DELEVERY COMPANY.

    The product works as expected, these cartridges are so easy to install and I always love HP printers. The process of ordering on the other had, another story, item not in stock at any local stores, but says it will be delivered in two days, I ordered both the black and the color, the black came (in three days, not two), the color did not. It's been in "pre-shipping" mode, whatever that means for over a month now, so I ended up having to go to the store to get one a couple weeks later anyway. Bottom line, I didn't have it when I really needed it for my daughter's school project, no updates given, and no responses to multiple e-mails sent to Best Buy, also no idea how to cancel it now either (not that it seems to matter, it obviously is never coming)

    Really like our HP printer and the 64XL ink cartridges are very easy to install. Having the 3 colors in one ink cartridge is a plus.

    I use the XL cartridges because they do seem to last much longer. HP printers turn out quality printing by using HP cartridges. I would not hesitate to tell anyone to buy these.

    buying a lot of this. We have a big office printer but to help social distance I use my little printer quite a bit. It works and no braving the crowds

    It's the only ink that's work in my printer. I only like HP products. I like the XL ink because it's last longer then the regular.

    It always comes before I run out, and the xl lasts about a month with a LOT of printing on my home printer. I print about 75-100 pages a week on average
