What can you say? It prints. Although no better or worse performance than off brand. The out of box failure rate is about the same too.

The ink arrrived on time and has been performing as it should. Not a lot to say about an ink cartridge but I have always been able to rely on Best Buy to have the cartridge I need and HP for a good product.

This cartridge is a good buy. It works great and qas easy to instalk.

Good ink, loads easily and a large amount of printing volume. Home delivery is convenient.

When I purchased my printer online I was shown the 64 ink cartridge so I purchased the 64 XL color and I ordered XL Black ( I thought it was 64) but NO it was a 63 . So I took the black 63 cartridge to Best Buy and they kindly let me exchange it for the 64XL black. The salesman specifically told me not to open it because they can’t take another opened cartridge from me..he also said to look inside the printer.. which I did not do.. so some of this is my fault.. I get home and am totally confident I have the right one. This is what I was suggested when buying my printer.. I get home , rip it open and install it.. Guess what? It’s the wrong cartridge!!! So I have a unopened 64XL color and a opened 64XL black. I look inside the printer and see it says that it takes 65s!!! I should have listened to the man when I exchanged that 63Black.. that’s on me. But I don’t understand how the web site actually led me to the 64. Color and a 63 Black.. I never would have “Willy Nilly” gone and searched these on my own. I am a hood reader and don’t make many mistakes reading written text.. all in all I like shopping at Best Buy and now I will return the color cartridge and go live the unused big open 64 XL black to someone who can use it.

First time with pick up service. It was important for me to be able to circumvent inside shopping. I was pleasantly surprised how seamlessly and safely the process was carried out. It was organized and easy. I will be glad to use the service again in the future.

Love how the ink prints, haven't noticed any smudging. Pictures are good quality also.

This is the ink cartridge that Is required by my computer. It was easy to install and the color is bright and vibrant.

Certainly glad I purchased the color ink Cartridge. Had a hard time locating this number cartridges in this area. The one I had to be replaced as it ran out of ink. Was put to use immediately. Works great. Best Buy came through again.

Quality ink but a bit expensive. I wish the ink lasted longer also.

The ink is probably ok- haven’t used yet- but the shipping package was not appropriate and the ink box got smashed and torn.

OEM products always seem to work the best with few issues and problems down the road.

Good quality ink. I have tried off brands from Amazon, but those just smear the ink .
