    When I placed my order, it indicated I would receive it on June 29. The next day I was informed it wouldn't arrive til July 1. I am curious why the item is being shipped from over 1,200 miles away when your store 20 miles away has it on hand.

    Order was filled quickly and in a friendly manner. Placed in the printyer the black ink worked well. The tri color printed only pink in a few attempts then nothing at all. I called customer service after a call to the store resulted in no help at all other than being told this does not happen with HP cartridges. Customer service was great. Helped me enrole in Instant Ink and sent me 2 replacement cartridges which I gather I will be charged for.
