    Had to purchase the HP cartridge as HP placed a block in their printers to ONLY accept the HP cartridges in their printers Pretty poor business. They could at least discount their ink instead of gouging customers

    In house delivery was excellent and was kept up on schedule. Just wish the time window wasn’t so long. Six hours ties up the whole day

    I own several HP Printers and I use nothing but genuine HP ink cartridges in my equipment and have never had a problem with any of their products.

    Love HP Printers, but hate the ink cartridge changes. Wish HP would stop changing the ink cartridges. with every new printer, you have to get different ink. Its a pain.

    I originally used a reconditioned product but by my third cartridge I opened a reconditioned ink set and it was a dud. No more knock offs for me!

    Started not printing about 4+ weeks after installed. Very poor outcome for the price. Haven't solved it yet. So much for HP ink products.
