I purchased a new HP Officejet Pro 6978 printer that used HP 902 ink. The wireless printer was extremely easy to set up. The majority of the set up was done automatically and hooked up effortless to my computer and Apple iPhone. So far I have had no problems with my printer. It has good speed for my home use and is very quiet while printing. Good quality black and color printing. Ink is very easy to install in printer. I had been using an HP printer that I purchased about 25 - 30 years ago and was hesitant about giving it up as it had been such a good printer. However, I wanted to upgrade to a wireless printer and finally decided to part with it. I would recommend this printer to others. It can be used wirelessly or plugged into a wall.

I had to purchase a new printer, the old printer was fine, but would not print after being idle for about 8 months. New printer came with ink, I am usually printing a lot, so I purchased an XL black. Well, I did not open the new box of ink. I live in Texas for the winter, about 8 months. I hope the ink will be ok when I return to my northern home. In the past, I have had NO problems with the ink, but have not needed to let a box of ink sit for a long period of time. Your guess is as good as mine if I will be able to use the ink next May.

I wish I had read more reviews on this tablet before purchasing! I was so frustrated with this tablet that I ended up returning it. It does NOT connect to 5 MHz (a or ac) WiFi, therefore is slow online. The internal memory of 8 GB is quickly eaten up by apps and the operating system. Out of the box, it had updates that took over an hour to update; probably due to the fact that it would not stay connected to the WiFi, no matter what way I connected it. Samsung usually makes great products, but I would stay away from this one.

I think I bought a double HP black ink cartridge. The employee in that area of the store was very helpful and did my check out and payment at a nearby register, so I didn't have to wait in line at the all-store cashier registers. The ink works fine, of course. I'm still trying to figure out how to implement the automatic ordering of HP ink by my HP printer . It wasn't as straightforward on the web site as it was made to sound.

I needed to upgrade my printer to due inability to scan... And of course that meant buying new ink. Not to mention, I had just bought HP61. now the new printer uses 902. I must say I'm still using the startup packs it came with. I think this was a good choice because I don't have any smudges and clarity is still the same. Anyone can see the results. Thanks HP you nailed it again. Great. I still use other printer, just not for scanning.

Cartridge is cheaper then a lot of the other HP cartridges. To bad HP doesn't make one cartridge to fit them all so it would even be cheaper. I can't imagine it would cost more for HP to stick with one type of cartridge for a bunch of different printers. I think they would save more money because they wouldn't need to keep making different dies for each of them. The only thing is that it is so new that not all the stores have them yet.

Bought the HP 902 big cartridge and my printer, after two days of use, had printed pages (songs I composed or arranged) had streaks or faded sections. Shaking the cartridge helped a bit, but I had to throw the cartridge away for lack of proper inking happening on the finished product. The cost seemed high in this case. The replacement cartridge worked better but at over $40 a pop, that gets expensive.

I bought this cartridge to replace the one that came with the printer. I thought I was completely out, but realized the printer had been using color for text. Switched to grayscale and now original cartridge is still working (only in black). So I haven't opened this new one yet. Bottom line, it's ink, I'm sure it works fine and I gave it 4 stars because it's way too expensive.
