No smudging, compatible with different grades of computer paper. Easy to install and depandable. Quantity of pages typed to empty is average, but not lower. Like the option NOT TO HAVE TO BUT XL ink filters, which are pricey.

This was great! It was easy to install and it lasts a long time.

I needed to upgrade my printer to due inability to scan... And of course that meant buying new ink. Not to mention, I had just bought HP61. now the new printer uses 902. I must say I'm still using the startup packs it came with. I think this was a good choice because I don't have any smudges and clarity is still the same. Anyone can see the results. Thanks HP you nailed it again. Great. I still use other printer, just not for scanning.

Cartridge is cheaper then a lot of the other HP cartridges. To bad HP doesn't make one cartridge to fit them all so it would even be cheaper. I can't imagine it would cost more for HP to stick with one type of cartridge for a bunch of different printers. I think they would save more money because they wouldn't need to keep making different dies for each of them. The only thing is that it is so new that not all the stores have them yet.

I think I bought a double HP black ink cartridge. The employee in that area of the store was very helpful and did my check out and payment at a nearby register, so I didn't have to wait in line at the all-store cashier registers. The ink works fine, of course. I'm still trying to figure out how to implement the automatic ordering of HP ink by my HP printer . It wasn't as straightforward on the web site as it was made to sound.

This is the cartridge my printer uses. It’s a good ink cartridge but expensive. Doesn’t last a long time.

Price has gone quite a bit since I last purchased this, but the XL cartridge is definitely worth buying over the regular one. Lasts a really long time.
