    When I am looking for a replacement cartridge for my HP printer, I go with the HP brand. Too many times, I've tried a "remanufactured" cartridge only to have it run out prematurely or even leak all over. Best Buy has the cartridge I need every time.

    PRINT AND SCAN QUALITY ON THE UNIT ARE EXCELLENT. MY GRIPE IS THE CYAN CART TRIGGERS A SHUTDOWN OF THE MACHINE (8600) AND NOW ALL CARTS HAVE TO BE REPLACED. WHEN FIRST INSTALLED, THO, DIDN'T WORK. SO I REINSTALLED STARTUP CARTS, AND IT WORKED FOR A SHORT TIME, ONLY TO STOP AGAIN. REINSTALL NEW CARTS AND THIS TIME IT WORKS. WE'LL SEE HOW LONG IT LASTS THIS TIME.

    When picking up my online purchase I realized that I needed the black cartridge. Although the price wasn't as great as if I bought it online and picked it up at the store, the people working in the store were so helpful that it was worth getting while I was there.
