    My printer stopped printing and once I installed and print heads were cleaned the unit worked well! Love OEM ink products from Best Buy but Offixe Depot gives a veteran discount

    Stopped buying smaller hp 951 color and black ink cartridges due to being so costly. It's like getting 2 1/2 smaller cartridges in XL one. Best value

    I tried to save some money and ordered generic ink cartridges online for my HP Officejet Pro 8620. What a waste! Despite the positive reviews and "fixes" offered by the vendors and customers, I could not get them to work in my printer. I was worried I had caused damage to the printer by using non-OEM cartridges, but once I put the new HP cartridges in, I was back in business! I was able to price match an online sale on my purchase, and has them ready for pickup the same day! Will continue to order ONLY HP cartridges from Best Buy!
