I can't ever get over how much ink cartridges cost, but at the same time, the HP branded ones always work so well, with no issues whatsoever... extra capacity in the XL ones is appreciated for the cost

Good printing cartridges with regular use. Just make sure you are printing something on a fairly regular basis or they may dry up faster than one might expect. Still think they’re WAY overpriced no matter where you buy them from, but BB’s prices are comparable.

I need ink for refills on my HP Officejet that I purchased at Best Buy. Easy to find & convenient.

I actually came home from Best Buy with two of these (long story). I put one in my printer and got the message, "Printer Failure. There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn the printer off, then on." Did that; same message. HP's help site suggested unplugging the printer for a minute. Did that; same message. I searched the net for help with this message, and found a half dozen ways to clean the printer's print head. That's the cubbyhole in the printer that you push all the cartridges into. (It's actually quite easy to remove from the printer, and it would be worth trying to clean it yourself if the alternative is buying a new print head, which costs well north of 100 bucks.) Before going this route and making a fool of myself I went back to the HP site and had a stilted conversation with their 'virtual assistant', After telling me to do all the things I'd already done it finally suggested replacing the cartridges with new ones. Even though this smelled like an attempt to sell me more stuff, I just 'happened' to already have that second one on hand, so why not try using it instead? To my surprise, it worked! Now I know that HP is capable of selling me a cartridge that's DOA, so it got kicked off my pedestal of trustworthy companies. Since serendipity isn't going to strike twice I'm going to collect the pieces for a DIY head cleaning kit just to CMA.

Lasts a long long time. HP printer recognition of genuine HP ink. Great printers.

Sometimes the generics don't work and a genuine HP cartridge is required. They always work . . .

Not much to say about it, other than it prints just like the cartridges that came with the printer.
