Black ink catridge is full but can't work properly

After 4-5 months noticed issues with black ink print. Downloaded and used all the softwares for this product, cleaned the cartridge using software multiple times. But it still refused to work correctly. Don't want to order new ink cartridge as I feel that may not work as well. Expected at least 2 year life for this product but it was already when it reached me.

The software installation is lengthy and difficult. It requires an additional program just to scan. It doesnt work anymore and I dont know why. I highly recommend NOT buying this product. Shame shame Best Buy for allowing this to be in your inventory. I want my money back but I already used the printer.

Problem started when I changed my ink cartridge (I subscribed to HP cartridge). Some parts of the documents printed are missing. Tried switching the cartridge which didn't go any good.

I downloaded the software but it was unable to recognize the computer and there is no hardwire connection so this will be tossed since it is beyond the return date :(

As per HP app it shows ink level is half but when it comes to printing, its not printing properly. Few of the words are missing from the print. Bad product.
