Printer is a good bargain for the price. Provides basic printing both black and white and color. Set up was a little more difficult than expected for a wireless printer. At one point it was suggested to use a USB cable, but none was provided. Thanks to my technically savy son we got it squared away. I only gave it 4 stars becase it is rather large and taking a lot of desk space. Expected it to be smaller but have to admit I didn't check dimensions prior to buying it.

I just needed a cheap printer that will be reliable and this works. It easily connects to other devices with Bluetooth and simple to navigate. I was also looking for a printer with cheap ink and the ink for this one is around 26$. It is also small and light weight.

Overall this printer is pretty great. It's the perfect size for my college roommates and I who don't have a ton of space in our apartment for a big printer. I love that it has a scanner and once it is set up it is very easy to use. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because to set it up you have to get an app. I don't remember reading this in the description but it's possible I may have missed it. Getting the app and doing the set up through that was easy enough it was just annoying to have to download something extra onto my phone before I could use it. I would highly recommend this printer especially if you are looking for something small yet still capable.

Great printer for the cost and the size. Everything functions well - no complaints. Not noisy either. Very good for home use as I don't need to print/copy/scan that much. Easy set up, once you figure it out -- not much written instructions to go on (wish there was a set-up disc!) -- little vague for a senior citizen -- but once you get it you wonder what took you so long -- it's really a very easy set-up if you know computers better than I do! As with all things new, not made as good as my older HP Deskjet 4480 and some features - like where you put the paper- were better on the my older model -- but -- it's all okay. This Best Buy store is very easy to deal with and good sales reps and Geek Squad group. No complaints from me for this So.Elgin Best Buy.

Basic function printer. Easy to work and takes up small space.

i bought this printer because it was on sale..boy am i surprised set up is very easy.all you do is download the HP app on your tablet and set up the printer that way if you want to print from your iphone or ipad..it took about 10mins,,very EASY..and the scanning feature is very nice..just place the paper u want to scan on top and print it very easy....must buy..

I bought this printer because it was economically priced, and it would let me use the same toner I had left over from my previous printer. It was relatively easy to set up and it prints well. I have only had it for a couple of months, but so far it’s working great. :-)

I have had this printer for almost a year now and it works great, its fast, has wifi, is easy to use and I've never had any problem with it. I have had more expensive printers in the past but this one is by far my favorite so far. The price is great and it comes with ink and a scanner too.

Can’t beat the price on this printer. Does the job. Doesn’t take up a lot of space. Wireless, color printer works well with my new laptop. I have had the printer for 2 months. Works great. Easy to set up.

The price for this printer was the main reason for purchasing it. After receiving it I am happy as a clam. Its functions are simple enough for a newbie as well as providing basic tasks for anyone. Quality copies ar an excellent price.

The price was right, I like the cartridge use/recycling option, and it fits well where I need it. Too bad it has yet to print off anything but a test page, and it took I'd said a lot of repetitive motions and several hours to get the thing properly initialized. All it does is eat paper right now, so I might be bringing it back to you, because there seems to be a spooler problem. Also, when I purchased it, you sent me two sets of messages: that it was being delivered by UPS, and that I could pick it up at the store. You also sent me warnings that my order might be cancelled because I hadn't yet picked it up at the store. That made me wonder if you had double-billed me for my purchase. In the end, it was on my doorstep. Too bad it has yet to work. People don't need the kind of stress that comes with mixed messages, so I strongly suggest you stop pulling that kind of thing. Works amazing easy to install remember to update the driver because the one they have you download is old and won’t let you print in color only black & white . Other than that it’s amazing I run my custom t shirt designs5 shop off it and it’s been nothing but perfect
