Then we couldn't get it to print, it should have been a simple install, i had to pay someone to come out to the house to figure out what was wrong (it was a firmware update, even though it wouldn't update automatically when i tried, he had to hunt around online for over an hour and a half). It was incredibly frustrating and although i have never had a problem with an HP product or buying from Best Buy in the past i will not likely make another online purchase
