It is not that difficult to include a cable that connects from the laptop to the printer so that I don’t have to go online and search hundreds of different downloadable apps to Download and install my printer to my laptop. It was such a hassle until my brother brought me a cable. The printer was not communicating to my computer at all until I had the cable. Hopefully in the future you start including cables into the printer boxes like you used to, to make peoples life simpler. Aside from The big installation hassle, the the printer works great.
