Terrible - will not connect with iPhone

Was supposed to have NCF to work with iPhone - it does not. Followed their terrible instructions and it is not working. iPhone and printer won't talk to each other. I found online videos... but, the printer won't respond as videos show it should. It is possible this unit is defective. Very disappointing.

- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
