It drives me crazy to print with it. On average, I have to restart the machine 3 times to get it work once. Also the HP app and HP Printer service plugin gets stuck super frequently. I'll definitely ask for a refund!

That is how I feel about this printer. But the breakdown: It won't print from my laptop, just my phone. It is slow when it does print (from phone). Can't autofeed a scan. Scans don't go to laptop. Have to unplug it just to wake it up to copy/scan/print anything (again, only from phone). The app is garbage. The material quality is so cheap and flimsy. It's noisy. The print quality is average. It's ugly. Summary: I hate you HP 2724.

I have never been more frustrated with a machine. It will only stay connected to the internet for a few hours then went connect again until it's completely reset or removed and set up with the hp smart app all over again. Then it works for a few hours and stops. I'm not new to using printers... I've tried to get help using the virtual assistant, I've caked but they will only let you speak of you have a case number... but I need to talk to someone to get one so I'm in limbo. If this thing didn't cost $70 I'd toss it off the balcony. I like the hp smart app. Repositioning images and having it list final print dimensions is genius. But it's not worth it if I can't even use it.
