HP technical support is as real as the Santa Claus - It just doesn’t exist. Although, the printer does have Xmas spirit because it does light up like an Xmas tree any time I use it. Stay away from this product unless you enjoy headaches and returning things.

Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
