Purchased it in store post Black Friday Sale on a whim since the deal printer went out of stock. Made an absolutely wrong decision. This printer only worked for the first 30 days until when I could return or exchange it in store and then, it just knew it didn't need to work. It has been offline since which means it has been offline for 4 months now. I have wasted many hours on trying to figure out what was wrong, reading online suggestions, hop support but nothing has worked. Can't afford to spend more time on this crap. Never buying an HP printer again.

I have had this over and month and unable to set it up. I’ve even reached out to HP and nothing. I’ve put in hours trying to fix, but honestly do not have the time to figure it out. I will probably need to take a whole day off to figure it out. I am a few days shy of the return period so unable to return and stuck with this piece of junk. Don’t waste your time and money!
