Replaced an old printer from HP, took a little getting use to using the HP Print App on phone, but easy once you've used a few times. I typically scan multiple page documents and there is no auto feed for scanning. You need to place each page on scanner bed and save the pages into one document. Not a huge deal, but does require more work than a printer with auto feed capabilities.

Expensive paperweight

I am an IT professional and have a well understanding of how tech works. This paperweight was designed to fail and make the end user miserable, and HP a quick buck. Setup was terrible, would not connect at all with either a Mac, iPad, or windows machine. When I got it set up with my iPhone, it either threw a “paper size error” or print very itty bitty tiny. The web UI sucks, and the HP dumb app is useless. Stay far far away!

Some times it works, some times it doesn’t. I have to unplug it then plug it back in most of the time because it’ll be unresponsive. And the “print from your mobile device” feature hasn’t worked at all for me.

Had a hard time getting it and my phone to hook up. Not sure if it is the internet or just haven't got the technology to make it work everytime . It's like it has a mind of its own. But overall happy with it . I can print pictures for my grandbabies to color. And print important messages my daughter's love having it to print business cards.
