This unit has more features, a higher quality print, and was less expensive. It does what I need for it to do as a home printer and scanner. Not if you’re using a chrome book

Perhaps the frustration should, instead, be aimed at the sales rep who assured me, “no problem”. After 45 minutes on the phone with Geek Squad and another 45 min in person appt with them in the store, no one could efficiently connect with my device. Solution? Pay another $25 for a patch cord to directly connect even though it’s advertised as wireless.

Hi....Just your average everyday printer here!

Ink is still at a %1000 mark-up for absolutely zero legitimate ethical reason. When ink is inexpensive to replace, then we'll be getting somewhere.

Ink jet Printer

New one works great and new ink comes automatically. I like the color. Was tired of everything being black or white. Haven't learned how to use all the buttons yet, but it does what I need. If it told me how to get rid of the old one it would be perfect.
