Ok for HP PCs but not IOS

The print quality is adequate for the average user for printing needs. Setup a breeze with HP computers but a nightmare with Macs and the drivers because they don’t update HP drivers when IOS updates are done. This is a continuous IOS issue (just search the web for numerous complaints and different workaround solutions)

I wanted a printer with cheaper ink and/or refill options, so this purchase was a replacement for an Epson NX. This HP printer is extremely difficult and confusing to set up. Once you finally get it set up it is completely unreliable it and has to be reconnected every time you use it. Instructions aren’t included as a booklet, you have to print from the printer and are very vague. On a scale of 1-10 on computer proficiency, I would rate myself as a 7 and I still had problems with the set up of this printer. I was only given a 14 day return window after my purchase from Best Buy, but this printer is so ridiculous and frustrating I would just give it back to them. Now I will be making another printer purchase of a Canon or an Epson.
