I love this printer. i'm so happy I receive this printer. It easy to copy and print as lomg as its set up correct. The free ink program is no longer for this number printer. but you can find the ink online here so it was great. looove this printer

This printer is an "Outstanding Value" and is serving my college girl and her roommate well. Easy to operate, great connectivity and able to keep up with the load of 2 college girls going into their senior year. Highly Recommend!

Does it all for a good price. Print copy and scan with convenience of it being wireless. Took off one star because when trying to scan something you have to use the app and it looses connection stating that feature is not compatible with printer when it is. I just restart the printer and then it works.

I love the product, it's a little complicated to set up with the wireless but once connected it's a dream, and I love that ink is shipped to me when it's needed. No more searching for ink.

been going through a lot of printers lately and i finally found one that wont die on me after a month worth of use. great product for a great price

Love this product. It was a pretty easy set up, only took about 15-20 mins for me to set it up. It comes with 4 months of free ink which is a bonus!

I bought this for a Black Friday $$$Price$$$ and the next day they dropped the cost by $45.00. I've been waiting for the difference from BB on my credit card since!! !I was interested in an HP ENVY2070 on sale and got so involved in getting my $45 that I didn't ca$h in on that either...bmmer man(:

Good printer for small work loads. Down side is it uses alot of ink. It is a very inexpensive printer. Thats the only really plus. It hasnt had any problems getting the printing and scanning and copying done. It is a bit loud also.

Bought this on sale. It is a great compact all-in-one printer that has all the essentials you need without the unnecessary things you don't need.

Love everything about it but sometimes it wouldn’t print off my smart phone at all. The ink does run low very quickly. FINALLY a not too bulky, lightweight WHITE printer that prints in color and scans/copies as well - AT A GREAT PRICE.

When it prints, it prints well. The problem is that it is tough to get it to print. The printer constantly goes offline. When you attempt to print through wifi, or through the email address HP has set up, neither work when the printer is offline. Google search it and you'll see many with this problem and many possible resolutions. I have some still left to try but need to find the time to do so. However, it is ridiculous to buy a new printer, that you can no longer physically hook up via USB, and have it fail to print wirelessly.

Great all in one printer. I got it on a cyber sale for $24.99. A great value. The setup was a little tricky. HINT. Get printer all unpacked, install ink cartridges and connect to your WiFi. It will then print out set up instructions.

Good but not great printer. Color quality very average. Black good. Problem was setup. It was difficult to wirelessly link to computer. Had to delete app twice before it would sync.

Great printer for the price. Has WiFi capabilities and can also print when you’re not home through email or app. Has some small quirks when printing larger volume, but over all it’s worth it. Home office/General use approved.

I had a lot of problems getting it set up. Called the 800 number for geek squad. It took her over an hour to set it up. I had to have it worked on again friday. Better now I hope. I don’t think I like wireless after all.

I purchased this to replace one that stopped working unexpectedly. Easy to set up. I downloaded the HP app and paired it with the printer in seconds. Can make prints from my phone with no hiccups. Scanned images come out great!

It could be inconvient sometimes because I have to use Bluetooth to print anything. Always need an app to get connected to the printer. I wish we could plug it into the computer. It is a decent price though!

imo used up ink too quickly i print every week saved money on purchase but too often have to replace ink quality met expectations easy set up no regrets so far but feel like i maybe spending more on ink

My son and I had a hard time getting this printer set up with the wifi connection and ended up returning it for a different printer. I'm very fond of the HP line because of the dependability and the instant ink program.

Cheap printer and very good quality. I’ve used it for basic needs and to print off high quality invitations. It’s a great printer and easy to blue tooth
