    I ordered this & had to return it because I could not set up web services. HP did a remote diagnostic & found that the printer was faulty. I received a new printer within a week & called them to get everything set up. I would highly suggest calling HP when you get this & have them walk you through how to set it up. They will set up your Instant Ink account, as well. I really like the remote printing feature!

    Perfect for my kids remote learning. Bought this on sale last year to help with my childs remote learning. He already had a printer but remote learning was more helpful to be able to scan his work and send to his classroom app. This printer really helped with his remote learning. Teachers appreciated scanned document rather than uploaded smart phone pictures that were misaligned.

    Very difficult to set up properly. After having to restart every tome I needed to use it, I Spent two hours on the phone with call center who said the third party app that was recommended in the set up didn’t usually work. Had to download a driver and now it works fine. Proper set up instructions would have saved all this trouble.
