    When I purchased this all in one printer, I got it for a great deal. This is when I used curbside pickup which was super convenient. The employees are thorough and nice. I love the fact that I can fax at home and there will be an update so that I will be able to receive fax as well.

    Bought it along with a new all-in-one desktop, so can't say one component is more advanced than the other. HP support appears to be non-existent. Possibly, I'm not pursuing the right resources, but if this is the case, they should include clearer instructions.

    It took longer than we thought to set up. You don't have to do it with a phone you can do it on your desktop. Wish I would have know that first. It doesn't feel very solid. Only did a few pages so will see how it holds up. Bought 2, one was a gift, hope it holds up for schoolwork, that is the reason I purchased it as a gift.
