Major pain

Sometimes to print I have send to print then unplug it and plug it back in. Change your Wi-Fi password and you have to set it up again. Once I finally figured out all of its quirks, it’s ok. But it’s a major pain!

Inexpensive and works well with our HP Chromebook

I got this on sale for about $25 and honestly, I'm really happy with it. It prints, it scans and more importantly it works with the HP Chromebook the kids are using for distance learning during these crazy times.

One issue is that it is hard to get the printer to work. I had to download the drivers several times before they actually worked. I should've purchased a more expensive printer. I think it wouldn't have been such a problem.

This is very frustrating as there was no instruction manual... I did purchase one year of service with your geek squad, so do I need to bring the printer in or can they just call me and talk me through it? Thank you
