This "all in one" printer will NOT stay online. I had to purchase a cord just for final stage of installation at 30$ after spending 70$ on the printer that does not work wirelessly. I'm very disappointed. It only works when it is hardwired. I should have returned it immediately. I have had the technology teacher at school work on it and a friend that works in the IT world. Both think it's a poor product so I know it's not user error. One friend said he had the same model and it would not stay online so he returned it. I RATE THIS PRODUCT WITH LOWEST RATING POSSIBLE.

The printer is replacing an older model. It is a gift for my wife. She connected it using Windows 10. The unit works great and she especially likes that the color inks come in a single cartridge .

Love this printer although it was extremely expensive. Purchased the same one a year ago for $20 at best buy and it broke. Went back to best buy to purchase again and it was $80. A big jump!

Worked for a while, then stopped. Will not connect to my phone wirelessly even though it is supposed to. Not impressed.

BestBuy worker that assisted me in replacing my not printing or hooking up to wifi was more than accommodating and great to work with. I appreciate that. It's not the normal these days. Thank you!

An OKAY inkjet printer. Just be ready to spend $$$ on printer ink. Ink will get dry sooner than expected. Will spend on Laserjet printer next time for a longer run.

We just needed a simple Wifi printer for homework and various family tasks. This printer is working out perfectly. Setup was easy through the app. We are pleased with the performance and value.

I like the Size of the printer but it keeps disconnecting can I get it to work so I need to take it back

Really a terrible printer. Connecting is a huge pain, and I consider myself to be HIGHLY tech savvy. I have to power cycle the printer every time I want to print something. Takes too much effort every time you want to print. I bought this for a second home and extremely minimal use. I was willing to sacrifice all quality expectation for price, but I still need it to print an actual document once a month or so.... it can barely even manage that.

The printer is great. It requires wi-fi for phone connection. I was told it had bluetooth connection but it won’t without internet. I got it at a good price so it is not a big deal.

I got this during the sale price. due to work from home situation I was looking for a printer this is a budget printer where i can scan and print. good purchase. The hp app is much better.

Worst printer I have ever owned, I have to completely power cycle it between documents. It is extremely difficult to get the wireless capabilities to work. When it does print it is very very (I can't stress this enough) very slow. It also currently learned a new trick where it partially prints on a page then restarts on a new page to make sure it wastes paper and ink. I plan on throwing this out even though it has only been a month of owning it.

I've never had as many issues with a piece of equipment that I've had with this printer. Every single time I've tried to print something, I have to restart it, run troubleshooting, print test pages, spending at least half an hour before whatever I was trying to print finally does. None of the troubleshooting ever yields an actual explanation for what went wrong, it just suddenly begins to work for no reason. Huge waste of time and effort.

This printer is great! I’ve printed and copied papers an coupons with ease. I only use a USB cord plugged directly into my HP cromebook. For only $25, this printer is the bomb! Love it!

I haven't had the easiest time with this printer. Not user friendly. Every time I want to print something I have to go thru setup process. Ink runs out too quickly. Not loving it.

The biggest headache EVER. It can't stay connected to my computer and there is no reason why. Even when I use a USB cable, it STILL can't print. I spend more time trying reconnect it and keep it online than I do creating projects, and I don't have time like that to waste. Plus the black ink smudges like crazy. It's a shame, because the instant ink program is fantastic. Too bad the printer sucks complete rear hindquarters.

This Hp2725 is very easy to install the driver by online, and BestBuy store curbside pick up service is nice way for current COVID-19. Thank for BestBuy provide a good service.

I highly recommend this product..Bigger is not always better..Very user friendly and does the job even though smaller than what I had..This is a good space saver product..

This is a very good "value" printer. Does everything you would expect from a printer in 2020. Easy to install and wireless feature works seamlessly. Comes with ink, too.

Was not happy with my purchase... doesn’t even come close to what it replaced. Had some difficulty setting it up even though I already had the app from my previous printer. Still doesn’t print from my iPad, even though it recognizes it, etc. Does print from desk top (wired), after you play around with it, trying to “wake it up”. Copy printing is not a problem, but printing from desk top ... sooo painfully slow. Purchased the “geek squad” plan and will be calling for the wireless problem soon.
