I rated this item as excellent because all I ever use are HP printers and this one is a backup for the one I have now so it hasn't been used yet.

I’m sure I would love my printer, if I could get it to connect. It seems to require a masters degree to set up. It should be easier than this.

Bought this item for my mom for her home office and she has the WORST problems with this printer. I do not recommend. She was contantly having to reconnect to WiFi and when she called HP they had her on hold for an hour and she never received the help she needed. She now is having to use her cord to print.. despite the whole point of me buying her a wireless printer.

Out of the box, never got it to function wirelessly which is specifically what I bought it for. I am not a novice when it comes to these things. The printer, staying true to its printer nature, just refused to work. I don’t have time for returns or hours of turn it on again off again so I just bought a different model. Steer clear of this one.

This is the worst printer I've ever had!!! It has connection problems, the power light blinks constantly for no reason, error messages saying its not ready all the time, you have to put the paper in just right or it freezes up and just quits working.. UGH! If anyone remembers the movie Office Space.. this is that printer.

Love it but the ink do run down very fast ok it no matter you get the XL Ink. So make sure you get a lots of inks for this.

Got it for $25 and the monthly ink been sent home now makes it easier for us .. not having to go to the stores and looking for the right ink

Had to replace my old printer because it did not work with chromebooks. So looked for a sale and found this one. Very happy with it so far.

Just ok to use for basic need. I normally take 10 to 20 prints in a month. If you want to use for bulk prints better to go for better ones.

This is my first time buying HP products. I normally buy Brothers. I can say that the colors are more vibrant. Would definitely buy again.

Good for small printing. Signed up for quick ink and HP will delivery whenever ink levels are low

Easy Set up and able to have all devices connect without any issues. Was able to set up scanner and printer and worked without any issues,

Like all the other HP Ink Jets that I have bought, this one also quit putting ink on the paper when printing. It would print a test page but nothing else. The worst part is that this one quit within the 1st month as opposed to the usual 6 months. Never again. I finally got out of the rut and bought a laser printer by Brother. No more HP for me!

This is an awesome product. Versatile uses with many options. Many uses and easy to move. Name brand product that has an awesome warranty.

For it to be a basic printer I love its functionality. The fact that it orders ink for you when you’re about to run out is amazing

I had no problem setting this up to my phone but still cannot print from email or a saved picture. It works great for scanning though

This was the reason I returned this printer and bought the other one that Shaq is selling. STUPID machine couldn't connect to wifi a million and a half steps to get it set up and anytime i wanted to print i had to do the million and a half steps again, then i had to restart it and do it all over again. it's a no for me dog.

Works great with excellent image quality and the price was amazing. The only complaint is it’s a little bit loud, but not a big deal.

Like the printer. No problems so far. I originally bought it for price but so far, I have not been disappointed. Set up was easy.

Literally the worst printer I've ever owned. I bought for my kids homeschooling, nothing prints properly. When it does print its very slow and always has trouble connecting. I send a print job and it may not start printing til hours laterl Do not waste your money!
