Great deal for the holidays Black Friday sales easy to set up the ink and use.Ink Replacement easy to find

This printer is sitting on the floor of my office closet because it was barely usable. Had to reconnect to wireless network every time I wanted to use it wirelessly. Connected it directly to my PC via USB cable and still couldn't find the printer 75% of the time.

Have been using it for work and it is great!. The colors, the fax, scanners, all the features are great!

I gave this a 2 out of 5 stars because it is an affordable printer. I own two other HP printers because I LOVE the Instant Ink program, but this one was not easy to set up nor was it easy to add to the ink program. I'm a teacher and have an HP printer at school and at work and I bought this to craft with and ended up returning it because it was not user friendly.

I appreciated the Best Buy deal on this printer. At 24 bucks I got a nice HP printer and signed up for the ink plan that has 4 free months. I would watch for sales. Best Buy does legit sales as in they don't mark up to mark down. The price is the price unless there is a sale. I am working from home and need a basic printer for very simple paperwork printing. It's very basic but it is a 'smart printer' as in it talks to HP to order more ink of needed. You can print from your laptop, as expected, but can even print from your phone (iPhone in my case). I purchased it because I had documents that needed to get signed asap. I was able to grab them from the email on my phone and print. It is a scanner too but not a fax, fyi. But these days most companies have apps and you don't need to fax. Let's talk set up. I am computer literate and yet I stumbled around a bit. As someone else stated, I agree a one sheet for a quick set up would be best. I oddly ended up doing things out of order and it was sort of a hassle. My problem was getting the printer to talk to my router. The printer spits out directions but you don't know that it will so I didn't have paper in it. Eventually I got it all set up and I like it. If you need help, just google it and you'll see videos on youtube.

Picked this up on Black Friday. Incredible deal. Basic printer that serves everyday basic purposes.

Good printer . Do not expect much . It works only wireless no wired connection comes with it .

Terrible product, but I guess I got what I paid for. Worked 5 hours trying to connect via wifi. Would come on and then would go off. Had to go thru set-up process repeatedly. Finally, inserted cartridges only to find the black cartridge was damaged. Gave up and returned the next day.

Worst printer I've ever purchased. It wasn't easy to install to my computer and when it finally did, it wouldn't turn on or off. After I finally got it to turn on, the paper would go through without anything printing on it and half the time it worked. I returned it immediately.

HP still rules with this inexpensive wireless all in one printer. Easy to set up and works well.
