Rarely used it and stopped working after about 3 uses (outside the return/exchange date). Online support was the worst and didn't solve anything - wonky at best. Save your time and $$$ and invest in something else that's reliable. Cheers!

Barely even used it... it won't pull paper through and when it does it takes all the paper that's in there and prints crooked. I only paid $15 for this so I guess I can't complain it's just annoying. Going to buy a much better quality one this time.
