After less than 2 years the rollers are not working correctly, causing the paper to feed in at an angle and the print job to fail. HP's solution? Buy a new printer! They literally offered no other solutions to this issue. I was unable to receive troubleshooting advice from HP other than purchasing another printer from them. In addition, the HP app on my computer has never worked correctly. It always displays the printer as "offline" even as it is literally in the middle of printing. Do not waste your time or your money on an HP printer.

This printer sucks. Thank God I only spent $25 on it. It works when it wants to. If you have a Mac don't even bother, it doesn't connect or won't stay connected to it.

This product was delivered quickly (same day) so that’s why I gave it a 2. However it stopped working after 2 weeks. Spent hours on with HP support and nothing worked. Returned it and bought a different printer.

Low cost and even lower features. Printer has the most basic rudimentary controls. Software is quite good. If you don't mind slow printing then it can be a decent unit. I bought it because of its small footprint.

When it actually prints it works great. Have to restart it, un plug it several times to get it to print. Sometimes it still doesn’t print.

Do not waste your money on this printer. Every time I need to print something, there is an issue printing i have to unplug the printer or it will say the printer is already in use and it isn't. It has problems connecting to the Wi-Fi. I have owned the printer for not even 3 months and I have called customer service three times already , it will work for a day or so and have another issue. To be fair, Tech Support is pretty helpful but you have to stay on the line for hours and the same issue will occur every time when I print. I cant return it cause i missed the return date.

      Hi there.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer was so difficult to set up and has rendered prints so slowly. Your review is brief, but your exasperation is clear – and totally understandable – so I’ll suggest some resources that I hope will help you remedy the issue and get your printer working to your satisfaction.

First, I recommend that you follow a guide on our support site that covers improving print speed; choose whichever of the following two links matches your operating system:
      - Windows: support.hp.com/us-en/document/bud03409
      - Mac OS: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01928898

Also, often just updating the firmware can help improve print speed. You can find out how to do that here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02919168

If this problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

      - Model number
      - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

This is a 0 star printer. In 26 years of owning printers, the only thing worse than this one is HP's customer service. My printer hasn't worked for MONTHS. Nobody will get me to the right department. Nobody will give me a case number. Nobody will complete a call without being disconnected or intentionally hanging up on me. (I haven't been rude or anything.) So here I am literally throwing away a printer under warranty because it doesn't work and I can't get help. I will never purchase another HP product.

The absolute worst product that I have come across in a very long time. Where is the USB port. the box says (yes the box, there are no instructions) that there is a USB port? I cannot set up the Bluetooth, cannot print from the phone, and items sit in cue and then just turn into errors. I want my money back. HP should be investigated for this scheme right here!

      Hi there.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer stopped working after you’d had it only six months. I can certainly understand why that would be quite an unwelcome shock, especially if it worked well beforehand and gave you what you needed in a printer. I want to help you remedy this situation, so I’ll direct you to a resource and some information aimed at furthering that end.

I can’t tell from your review what issue your printer faces or why it stopped working, so I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal.
