    A waste...buyer beware! I really wanted to like this, but it worked all of 5 minutes. It took more time trying to set it up than actually getting it to print. It's going back!

    I bought one of these printers. Could not get it to connect to the Wi-Fi. Took it back to the store. Got a replacement sent to me. Could not get that one to connect to the WiFi either. Even with assistance from my friend who owns a computer service company could not get it to work. Very disappointed in this printer.

    This printer is the worst! I'm really sick and tired of having to unplug it & plug it back in just to get it to work because it won't come out of "offline" mode. Really annoyed that Best Buy's return window was only 15 days too. Total waste of money. I'm never buying anything from Best Buy again.

    Unlucky to have this printer

    We used this printer for 2 days and it is giving error message that printer has some error but doesn't provide more details and doesn't print the document. Disconnecting and reconnecting resolved the issue once but got the same error message again. Not sure what to do with the new printer.

    Not happy with the printer. Hard to install, you need an app, in order to use it. Didn’t print well. I don’t know. But not the printer for me. I wanted to return it but I was hospitalized for 4 months and it was to late to return. (Who needs a printer?)

    The print quality is fair, but the speed is troublesome. It took me about an hour to print 20-25 pages out, but the warranty is only for around 2 weeks. Because of this, I’m probably going to have to get another printer and don’t know what to do with this one.

    No stars if I could. Set up was a pain in the ar-se and not only that but HP support doesn’t show this printer. Returned it the next day. A lady behind me also returned this same printer for the same issues. In the end, my 10 yr old HP printer works better.

    Had this printer only 5 months and it now it won't print. I don't think it is getting the signal from my computer. It will still do copies but only in color, not black and white. Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this printer to anyone.

    This printer is a total dissapointment, It prints at a very, very, slow pace ! Even though the Ink cartridges are new, it is very faint print, I I am extremely dissapointed in it. ! I THINK IT IS A PIECE OF JUNK! The sheets print at a turtle pace.

    Cant use it unless I have the tri color

    The tri color cartridge keeps saying error, and the cartridge is brand new, so much for printing. Thanks HP!!!!after reading certain reviews there’s more customers having the same problem, so let’s read reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned

    The printer did not connect to phones or computers. I could access only virtual customer support which did not help. I will not support a business without easily accessible technical support again if I can help it. It is a good copier.

    Don’t buy it..waste of money The software does not work properly and integrate with the printer. I was able to take one print after purchasing it. It always shows printer busy. Invest $50 more u will get a better printer. Don’t buy this one

    Printer is nice and useful but when I bought printer my tri-colour cartridges is not working. I contacted Best Buy but no luck for replacement and need to visit to stores to see if I get new tri-colour replacement or will they deliered

    In reality I thought that the company HP that I have used previously, this model was of good quality and easy to install or use and is not true in the wifi connection. I would not recommend this printer in any price it could have.
