I don't know if it's user error or what, but we cannot get this printer to work at all. The initial set up took almost 2 hours. It didn't wanna connect to my wifi and would not show any wifi on the set up page. I finally got it connected and it printed off 2 pages for me, and now it won't do anything at all. We've tried several different ways to get pictures or documents to print, and it's not doing anything at all. Not making sounds or anything. We have made sure the printer is on, and reset the router and printer. I even checked my wifi app and it shows the printer is connected. But we just cannot get this printer working. SO we are taking it back tomorrow to get a refund. Not sure what else we can try. We've sunk over 6 hours into this printer at this point.

I usually do not review things, but if something really is this bad, I cant help it, so here is an honest review. Wish I could give negative stars. Worst thing i have ever bought, Print Quality is really really bad, and customer support does troubleshooting along with you on a call but in the end they would suggest to live with the poor quality of this printer.
Another bad decision on my end was to sign up for the instant ink service, so I bought a printer so that I don't have to pay for my occasional printing needs at some store, but guess what, even after buying the printer, you still pay for each print you take, and if the printer cannot accomplish a connection with HP then it just wouldn’t print, and it is really easy to exhaust your page limit for whatever plan you choose in instant ink, because you will have to print the same page a gazillion times to get lucky with the print quality you are satisfied with.
Printer being under warranty I reached out to the customer care multiple times for different issue, but they prefer to spend hours troubleshooting, instead of just replacing a 60-70 bucks printer. And ofcourse at the end the only solution they could suggest was a windows update and something wrong in the PDF viewer software, because their printer can never be defective. I even believed that and tried different softwares and devices but nothing worked.
Very very bad experience, would never buy any HP product again.
