    I’m computer literate and I know how to follow directions, but setting this printer up was terrible. I eventually had to chat with a representative and allow him to take over my computer. It doesn’t support 2 sided printing and that is something I missed when I bought it. Sitting up Instant Ink was just as bad because this model doesn’t show as an model that qualifies. If you buy this and sign up use the next model up and that will work.
