Non intuitive installation. Hard to read and decipher display. Wrong amount credited on rollover pages. Waste of time and money. Lost faith in HP.

Do not buy.

After all, I had reward certificates so this was going to be super cheap. And I needed a printer at home - I can’t print everything at work, right? Constantly dropped WiFi and when it would connect, only printed approx 1 out of every 4 pages. Now that I’m completely fed up, my return period is closed. Do. Not. Buy.

Connection Issues

I was hoping for a cheap and simple, wireless solution. However, this printer simply takes forever to connect and print. I have to start it, restart it, restart it again, and then at some point it will connect. I spend anywhere between 10-20 minutes doing this every time I need to print a document. The HP Smart software isn't helpful, and seems more interested in signing me up for a subscription to their ink. This is the last HP product I will purchase.
