Love this printer and scanner

I love that it's Bluetooth connectivity and that I can print and scan items from my mobile phone. It was an easy set up. I highly recommend this printer. Cost very reasonable.

Only got a notification saying manufacturer error to contact HP. I've been trying to get help from HP ever since. Had to make a BBB probably two months ago just to get a response and still no one has fixed the problem or sent me a different printer. Horrible. Never will I buy HP again.

So far, so good.

No issues what so ever. Set up was pretty easy. Follow the directions and you should be fine. I'd recommend this wireless printer.

HP Wireless Printer

The serial# of the printer must be placed at the unit itself but it is not available at the printer unit itself, instead it is only outside the box where it is not indicated clearly.

I’m sorry that your printer would not complete the setup and installation process despite hours of your effort, and that you’ve failed to locate the serial number on the device. It’s no surprise that you’re frustrated here. I want to help you get the device working – and find the serial number – so I’ll suggest some resources aimed at making that happen.
First, if you’ve not done so already, I recommend that you follow a setup tutorial specific to your printer you can find on our support site. On the same page, you can also access user manuals, troubleshooting guides, how-to documents and software updates. Do that by following this link:
