The setup was not the easiest as I had trouble adding it to the instant ink account. It kept telling me that I needed to enable the web service but the instructions given were not compatible with the printer. After further investigating, I discovered that there were 3 updates that needed to be done from HP. After this was done, I was able to link the account within minutes.

Displeased with purchase

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my granddaughter to use in her dorm, the dorm couldn't get their Wi-Fi to work, therefore we tried to return the printer and we were told VERY RUDELY that we couldn't return or exchange the printer because it had been more than 15 days. It's not our fault that the dorm can't get the WiFi to work. We have no need for the printer, which we are now stuck with, I will NEVER do business with BEST BUY AGAIN.

Don't purchase; hassle not worth the price

If you don’t want it to work consistently…

But it is the most frustrating thing to connect even when it’s directly connected with an Ethernet cable. It only recognizes the printer about 50% of the time. It’s going to goodwill. It’s awful.
