Good budget printer for school. It's not the fastest and the ink cartridges aren't that big so stock up on them. Overall does what it needs to do.

Has been a good printer so far. Sometimes it has had trouble connecting to the Internet to print.

Having trouble setting it up. Hopefully my kids will be able to come over soon and can do it for me. If not, I'll have to have to pay to have someone from the Geek Squad come and do it for me. I rated almost everything as average as I have had it for over a month and still haven't been able to use it. I'd recommend to others only if they're more tech savvy than I am.

This printer has a unique design. The setup and installation was quite easy, which you do after downloading the app, with simple steps and diagrams in the instructions. The ink cartridges are a little cumbersome to reach but easy to install. The printer does require the HP Smart app, which is fairly straight forward if you are familiar with your networks You can print either by being connected to the same network as the printer, or by sending the file to an email address for the printer. I tried this, and after figuring out how to set up the remote printing portion, sent a test page to the email, but it never printed. It said "your job is bring processed …" but it never printed. I tried a second time but after getting errors, and not printing, gave up. It prints fine if connected to the same network as the printer which I will use most of the time, but it would have been nice to print remotely when not connected. I'm not sure of the cost savings of their Instant Ink program, but it just seems like this printer relies way too much on technology to use it. There are sometimes delays in printing, seemingly dependent on the internet connection, and the software seemed a little too complicated and glitchy at times. The print quality is decent - text is clear and photos are good quality. It's a great printer for the price, sleek looking and good quality, but may be challenging for those that don't have a good grasp of technology.

I cannot recommend this printer. In particular the paper feed is very poor. If one tries to print 1 copy, 3 or 4 blank sheets come out with it, or, it jams. Even loading the paper is difficult.

HP doesn't work with my Galaxy note 10+ or my surface pro 7. I d not recommend this printer.

I have given up on printer. I don't print often. But the times I attempted I ended up on one hour calls to "SUPPORT" . I have been going to Staples or UPS!

I like the printer however the instructions for connection are as mess, I had to go into YouTube in order to connect. Other than that its great.
