The Geek Squad at the Tysons Corner VA store wanted me to wait 3 days for an appointment. The Fairfax store fixed the problem in 4 minutes.

I have many devices connected with no problems. Other printers connected with ease. This is 2020 you would think HP could come up with a plug and play connection. To connect via USB you have to buy a cable, HP does not include a cable and a printer USB cable at Best Buy is $25. Some bargain printer! HP can do better than this.
