Easy to set up and use. No complaints so far. Good product

I love this HP printer. Even though it's compact it does everything I need a copier to do.

The printer is very quiet, which helps since it's near the tv. The background of all printed pages are tinted, even though the originals are not. It prints very slowly, but that isn't a problem since I'm mainly printing recipes.

This all in one printer is easy to setup and responds to all of my electronics. I love it!!!

Makes quality copies. Easy to use and change out ink cartridges.

I was drawn to this printer because of its compact design and well known name of HP that I have always found quality products in. The representative told me how the design has been popular as week. I also like the speed it has as well.

Simple and easy to use but the only think is the scanning feature is a little odd since you have to do it from the front and not just place the paper on top and let it scan through.

This printer is exactly what I needed-small quantity printing, copying, and scanning. Bare-bones instructions come with the printer. I figured out scanning and copying by trial and error. It is difficult to get the pages hand-fed into the printer evenly. Can’t beat the price though!

I think it’s a great printer, it just takes about 5 minutes for one page to print out. Maybe it’s just me and how I have to fix the settings but yes. Overall great quality and super easy to connect via Bluetooth!

Works amazing. Had one small error with connecting but once connected to my computer, it ran amazing. It took a few minutes to figure out how to clear the “out of paper” message but besides that great for the cost!

It's a very basic printer and I was able to get it connected to my phone pretty easily. It prints and scans from my phone just fine (although it's a little sluggish). My macbook, on the other hand, was a different story... I tried to get it connected to my macbook for hours and it never connected. Even looked up Youtube videos to troubleshoot and get different ways to connect it to my laptop. I gave up, it's a lost cause. Fortunately, when you sign up for the HP app, you can directly email documents to the printer itself and it'll print out. So I've been doing that as a roundabout way to print documents from my laptop and it has been working flawlessly thus far (I've had it for about one month). Overall, it does its job, but it obviously has some caveats. I wanted to splurge a bit more and get a nicer printer, but everything was sold out, so I settled for this one. I don't print or scan a ton, only once in awhile, so this will do for now. Also, I'm a simple man when it comes to printers. I just want something to plug into my laptop and just print and scan documents. All this smart app stuff is just unnecessary to me and overly complicated for what should be a simple device. But again, I had a lack of options. The app itself is good, I just find the idea around it for a freakin' printer to be ridiculous. So yea, it's a decent home printer, but if you need a printer for work, I would definitely look for something better. I would recommend this product for light home use... for someone that only needs to print or scan something once in awhile, like myself.

Ita great use and really functional option to have print service cartridges as a plan. Really recommended with plan. I used to have Epson no print plan and would spent 40 dllrs every 2 months ans much lesss print pages not even counting color ones. On the other side, with this printer and hp print color and black home personal print is much saving. I pay $6. Plus cents with 100 pages both black and color. However, you really need to know how to use windows apps phone apps and nowaday technology otherwise youre gonna have difficulties to use and correct issues between the printer pc and wifi.

Takes a little long to connect to wifi but other than that it’s a great little printer!

The compact size of the printer is great but the it is very slow! The paper doesn’t eject properly once the printing is done. The tray service no purpose since the paper extends past the tray due to the printer spitting it out. If you want something small it’s great but if you want fast and efficient this isn’t the best choice.

Printer struggled a bit during the set up. I dug through the "drawer O' cables" and found a USB cable. As soon as the unit was plugged in via USB it began finding drivers and self set up. I recommend using the USB cable (which is likely lying in the drawer many of us have) for set up. I haven't done a lot of printing but it seems to deliver what one would expect for the $100 class of printers. If you do mailings or need two sided print/scan/copy or print envelopes you will need to spend a bit more. This is an occasional use unit and appears to be a very good value for cost.
