It is difficult to set up the wireless connectivity to a computer. You have to use only the printer’s network, so you end up swapping networks constantly. Printer does not scan to iPhones, which I needed. A wired cable printing is also difficult to set up. It took over an hour to set up the printer to work with my laptop.

my printer worked the day that I had it installed. The next morning it didn't print at all. I worked up the courage to leave the house and brought it back in the store to have it looked at, I was stopped at the door and was told that I couldn't bring it in because it was 1 day past the 2 week limit. I was very upset and will not be returning into your store to buy anything! I still have a new printer that doesn't work!

I love it and is easy to use and it fits anywhere I would recommend it to anyone

This is a great little printer. I like how small and compact it is. I had no issues taking it out of the box and printing. The fact that you can download an app and print from your phone keeps me from having to log into my laptop.
