I was looking for a small printer, and I was going to go with a more expensive model, but an HP associate directed me to this printer that was more than half the price and could do more and print faster and produce higher-quality prints.

Best Buy employee was a huge help in the decision on the exact printer I needed, strictly for home use and ordered it for me as they were out of stock and I got it on the day they promised. I am very low tech savvy and this was exactly what I needed.

First one delivered was defective which was very disappointing. Once second one was received it was fine.

Good quality printing. Only complaint is that it prints kind of slow compared to other printers I've had.

Does the job I bought it for; it is portable, reliable, user-friendly, and functions accordingly. It travels well and doesn't take up much space.

If you don’t copy a lot and just use to print from your computer, this is a nice little printer. The HP ink you use is also cheaper.

My daughter wanted to print some pics from her phone so we purchased this printer. I was shocked at the quality of the printed pics - the clarity was impressive. This is definitely an investment for my daughter. I would definitely recommend you give it a try especially since its quite affordable.

I bought this for someone who lives in a small apartment and really doesn’t need to print a great deal. This was the perfect solution. It is inexpensive and small. He is very happy with it because it conveniently meets his limited needs. I would not recommend it for someone who does a lot of printing.

This was a little difficult to setup. You have to go to a support site to download the software to install this but it didn't fully work, I'm only able to use this offline.

Solid printer. Super easy. Also does single sheet scans. Only problems is it goes through ink at a fast rate.

I needed a small color printer , so this printer did the job ! Slow at picture color but overall fast for anything else .

Good printer but I really wanted one that prints 2 sides. I didn’t realize this was an inkjet printer.

Works great. Does everything I need it to do. We don’t print a lot so it’s good for people that don’t print a ton. Overall does a good job.

The printer works good. Small so fits in my daughter's dorm well. She had a hard time hooking it up but once going so far ao good.

I read a lot of reviews on different printers before I settled with this one. I liked the price and thought it looks nice. Pros: The setup is easy. I followed the directions on the insert and printed a document in twenty minutes. Print quality is good. Cons: I still haven’t figured out how to use the scanner. I can print. I printed the document I was trying to scan, so I know that works. But how does the scanner work? How do you scan documents? It prints a little slow. Full disclosure: I am comparing the speed to a 400-series printer I had, so it obviously performs better than the 300-series. I usually print documents that are 50+ pages; I need something faster. It uses a lot of ink, but this is an HP issue. I printed 70 pages so far, and I already used half the ink cartridge.

Ink cartridges are very inexpensive and last quite a bit. Good bang for your buck. Can print wirelessly from any device.

I purchased this printer because I could not get ink for the printer that I had. It is some nice. I do like the way that it prints. It starts about half way down and then the print is very small. I have been trying to figure out how to adjust the printing. But I can not find anything to help me with this problem. Right now I do not know if I would recommend it to anyone .
