Purchase an upgraded model. It took 5 hours to set this model up with tech support. they were unable to figure out why THEY were unable to link up my laptop to the wireless printer. Then they charged me almost $40.00 for 7 days worth of tech assistance, they tried to sell me a years worth of tech experience but I refused The printer is loud and slow. I have only purchased HP printers with out a problem However this one is terrible. Thankfully this is our Back up printer so we don't have to walk all the way across the house to use the primary printer

Functions well when you can figure out how to make it work. As a printer it is perfect, but as a fax, scanner, and copier it and the App don't always work together. I have always been able to get what I want to happen but most times I have to stand on my head, twirl on it rub my tummy at the same time.

I use this printer in my home/work office. It seems to work well, prints nicely and is fast. Set up was fairly easy and the wireless connects quickly. The only issue I have is it is rather loud when printing. I am sure it will be fine for my needs.

The printer is a very good printer. I found that it is not VPN friendly though. If you have VPN on your computer most likely you will have to shut off the VPN when engaging the printer.the printer can not connect to your internet if you are using VPN to secure your internet.

Just what I was looking for. Simple to set up and was a great price. Love the app that I can print off my phone from anywhere, then come home to what I needed already printed out!

This printer was so easy to set up. Printed a few pictures and they were very good quality. I use this when i work from home also. perfect personal printer. i like the refillable ink option.

So far the printer has worked well. I bought this as my last HP printer stopped working. The features of this product matched my needs, the price was good, and it offered 6 months free Instant Ink, which I had with my previous printer. Set up was easy out of the box, and I'm finding that all my devices can print to this. Would recommend to anyone looking for a decent priced home printer.

This is a nice printer, but gave me much trouble in the beginning. I was able to assemble and get it to work at first, but then it went offline and there my troubles began. Tried to get it back online and was told this printer didn't exist anymore. Took several days to straighten it out, it works now but pray it doesn't go offline again.

Good quality printer but some parts feel cheap, probably the reason for the great price. Only real difference from this model and past ones is that when you print, on previous models, the arm would automatically pop out yo catch the paper as it was printing. This one you have to manually pull it out so if you forget, the paper goes all over he place making a mess, especially for large print jobs

Printer is okay. I am having difficulty setting printer up, very slow internet where I live and the directions for set up are very sketchy. Maybe HP could make the set up less stressful by addressing the actual printer not just a generic set up for all printers.

Good printer if you don't need a real high volume. I have it so it prints from my and my wife's Android phones. Also have it hooked up to my HP laptop and my Samsung tablet. It took a long time to set all that up, so have patience. I decided not to try to hook up my wife's HP Chromebook since she can print from her phone. Works for me. Also prints fast enough for me.

It’s very compact and lightweight. Easily connect your phone to it and print things directly from your phone. It is extremely convenient.
