This is an ok cheap printer but a few things about it really grind my gears. First, it requires me to login to my HP account online before it will allow me to scan anything. WHY? Do they want a copy of whatever I'm scanning?!! Second, unlike my old Epson, when it comes to printing on both sides of the paper, I have to flip the paper over, and feed the paper back into the printer myself!! Yes, imagine the total hassle if I ever decide to print out a 30-page document on both sides of each sheet... NOPE. I'm not even going there. Time to switch back to Epson.

This HP printer does exactly as advertised. It does well for what I needed to do. I did have a little problem with the set up. Just had some problems with the download and getting it connected. I'm usually pretty good with that kind of thing, I did get it figured out and it really works well.

Printer is compact, prints from Samsung, no issues yet. Happy with product.

Nice for the price. Good for home use, not necessarily for business purposes.

Easy set-up - we were printed in just a few minutes right out of the box. It was simple to transfer our HP ink subscription to this printer & received replacement ink within a week of purchasing the printer. Printing is a bit of a noisy process but works well & generates a quality document.

Works Great. All I need is a printer that prints and a scanner that scans when I need it to. I do not use it a lot, but when I do I want it to work. You would be surprised how many fail at that simple task. One thing or another. Time will tell.

After I figured how to work it- it i great. I forgot to ask how to copy so wasn't to smart in figuring it out. Luckily my son came buy & taught me how. I think that was all my fault. He could have told me & I didn't hear him- I am hard of hearing. I appreciated his attitude, knowhow, & work. Thank you.

Prints great and is the perfect size. Easy to use at home or at the office.

Printer was easy to set up and buttons on the front allows you to get information on the printer, tells you the ink is running low, and the print jobs and copies are very good. The main drawback is that you cannot reduce or enlarge the size of a copy you want to make. Overall a good printer.

So happy I found this printer from Best Buy. Ours went out and couldn't find one compatible with our computer. It was a great price and picked up at the desk in store. Was a great price too!!! Ink was easy to get so ordered extra for back up.

I have enjoyed my HP-Deskjet 4155e all-i- one printer. I am a technology dummy, but was capable to install it. The printer was delivered expeditiously, and it has saved me trips to the UPS store to have my documents faxed. I have already received my free ink. I read some reviews, but this printer is perfect for ME. Everything is amazing!
