Does not scan both sides. Might be taking it back. Only a hundred bucks so what can I really expect

I’m sorry to learn that your printer has not performed well. I can easily understand why needing to reset the printer as well as your computer to achieve acceptable printing would quickly become frustrating. I want to help you remedy this problem, so I’ll direct you to some resources I believe might serve that end.
First, I recommend updating the firmware for the printer. This can often help improve various types of performance with the device. You can find out how to do that here:

You can also visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various issues. There you’ll find a general-purpose tool called the HP Print and Scan Doctor. If you use Windows, the tool will help identify and guide you through solutions to a wide range of common printing and scanning difficulties. You can find that page here:

If difficulty persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number

I’ve dealt with the basic printer that only prints but with this all in one it’s amazing and makes things so much easy! I’m always printing out labels from depop so it super easy to print just from my phone! Also printing pictures it comes out in amazing quality!

He was patient and knowledgeable. I'm embarrassed bc i meant to contact his supervisors last month and just corgot. I cant tell you how great Andrew was. Im not computer or cell phone literate but he helped me with everything. I wish all employees were as helpful and patient.

I have not bought a new one is a very long time. I was surprised that I could download an app to my phone and print documents from my phone, amazing! I am not tech savvy so it took me a little longer to figure out syncing both our computer and the phones. It prints super quick and really like it.
