If you follow the steps for set up it will try to get you to sign up for an HP printing account and get you onto a subscription based service for cloud printing and automatic ink cartridge shipments, if you go around this, the printer seems to work fine for a short amount of time before having weird problems, blank pages printing, printed pages not seeming to match selected print settings, or pages coming out with missing parts or weird artifacts. If it determines it is "low" on ink it will try its best to prevent you from printing documents, even though its still capable of printing several dozen pages at reasonable quality once you do get them to print. Based on my experience with this and other HP printing products, I would never recommend them, even to my worst enemies. There is no one on earth that deserves to go through the frustration of owning this device.

This printer was a great little "investment". My old one kept jamming after many years of use. Im glad I upgraded because these new wireless ones come with an opportunity for ink!

perfect printer. I have had no isssues with it at all.

Service at purchase was good. But once home am having problems with my hp printer simply not receiving print requests. Frustrating to buy new printer and cannot make it print. On occasion an item will print. I cannot find reasons for hit or miss performance.

The setup instructions weren't the greatest, but we managed to figure it out. The colors look good initially, but time will tell. Otherwise, it fit our needs for a compact printer for my daughter

It does what I wanted. Prints, scans, and copies.

Printer is great when it works! We changed Wi-Fi companies and now I can not get it to work. Best Buy’s wanted to charge me $200 to fix it and it’s not even a year old yet.

Working from home and needed to upgrade from a basic printer/scanner. I’m so thankful for making the decision on this all in one. It’s easy to link to not only my computer, but also any mobile device. I’ve even used it to send faxes. The HP+ Membership is a great bonus. It is also pretty in my home office. Love the white option to match my white desktop.

I can’t believe how clear and clean it prints. Love it.
