    Have had a few issues keeping this connected to phones. It tends to have a mind of it's own & clears out & shuts down on it's own. It's annoying having to reprogram a lot. (it's NOT our wireless connection - it's the printer).

    Compact! Was very surprised to open the box to a white printer! However, it does fit well on my desk, looks well and more importantly works well. My one question is how slow it prints when sending instructions from my laptop -- it prints normal speed for a paper copy. I have not been able to figure it out!

    Printer works well overall but is somewhat difficult connecting it to WiFi. You have to get an app to print wirelessly which was a bit hard to set up.

    Like the review header says, I don't know why people are complaining! Let me tell you, I had no issues connecting this device wirelessly to the WiFi. Let me break it down for you and share these tips/feedback: 1. If you don't want to have any issues, follow the instructions. 2. I was able to download the app seamlessly. 3. I have the printer right next to my WiFi tower. 4. You get two ink cartridges included, one color and one black. Yes, you can still use the printer and opt out of Insta Ink. 5. It prints beautifully, just make sure you purchase decent quality printing paper, if you get the cheap stuff, the paper might get wrinkly where the ink prints out. 6. I can scan email, fax , copy and print. Breathe and follow the instructions, this device is worth the price and peace of mind in handling documents for school, work, etc, especially during the current pandemic.
