    Work’s like a charm I have been using this printer and it never disappoints. I bought this printer for school and it never broke or had any malfunction’s. I totally recommend for back to school if you are in desperate need of a new printer!

    Easy to install. BUT…we were told it was a fax machine as well as a printer. This is not true. It was not in store to see at purchase. We accepted the sales woman’s word, saying that it was a fax, printer and scanner.

    is not ideal or in stage to manage simple task or being part of a work office or maintain accurate functions of service build for. printer goes into malfunction. all pages is not printing. printer skip pages. hours for a three minute print.

    This printer is ok. It is a little glitchy and the ink does not print very bold. It is not bad for the price. The biggest annoyance is the scanner. The feeder sometimes will not recognize there is a document and it will try to scan from the glass.

    I seemed to have connectivity issues however this was a quality made printer. The ink program HP offers is a great idea. I worked remotely with HP but could not resolve the issues I had with connecting. If it had worked I would have enjoyed the 3 in 1 capabilities and monthly ink membership.
