Absolutely horrible. I got maybe 10 pages out of this printer. Set up was lengthy, even worse the printer would barely catch the paper to print. Took forever to print and would come out sideways.. Now it won't connect to WIFI and no back up way to connect. Also searched for help on HP website, multiple trouble shooting actions.. Even downloaded a printer wizard, nothing. If I could give zero stars, I would. HP will never see a dime of my money again, so disappointed. Best buy should take this off the market.

      Hi, Sarah.

I’m sorry to learn that your printer has performed so poorly. I can certainly understand your exasperation, considering you endured a difficult setup process and a malfunctioning document feeder, not to mention extensive troubleshooting with no results. I want to help you resolve this situation, so I’ll provide a resource and some information I hope will meet that goal.

I recommend that you contact us directly so we can help you assess the situation and find the best course of action. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number:
      - hp.com/plus-help

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:

This is a decent all in one for the home. There were some hiccups after the initial set up but once connected, it does the job. Did not read those five stars because once in a while, My device is loose connectivity and then I have to reset the printer to get it going again.

For those that are technically challenged, not a good choice. Dislike the low amount of paper that can be put in the "tray",, difficulty in scanning set up. Positive is the quality of the print product

I hate this printer with every fiber of my being. I wish I could give it negative stars. I've NEVER printed anything on it without having to troubleshoot something. Usually it has disconnected itself from the internet. Other times, it says it's ready but then a printer cartridge has some malfunction. Sometimes I think its still broken and then it'll print 5 minutes later. This thing totally sucks. I rarely print, and now I never print because there's always some kind of error. I bet they charge me for going over my 10 pages this month too when the cartridge kept malfunctioning. I'm going to get something else that works like it should, and then take this thing out in the backyard and introduce it to my Louisville Slugger. I'm not joking. I'll never buy another HP (Horrible Pieceofcrap).

Keeping it easy to add paper is nicer than my old printer. Loading the ink cartridge is different from my old printer so I need to get use to the change.

The printer prints with good quality but loses connection to computers and double sided printing is a manual feed. I have several HP printers and expected better.

Printer works great. Its not super fast at printing but it does get the job done. It has the option to sign up and HP will mail ink when you run low. I would recommend for home use

The printer prints well and I love the ink subscription. That said, in order to get it to connect to my computer, phone and tablet I have to physically unplug the printer and the wifi and then reconnect them. After that I can print from it until I leave it for a time.

Meh replacement for a similar officejet that died. Everything about this one is slower and more cumbersome when printing from phone or tablet. The only plus so far is the doc feeder for scanning. It works.

Not crazy about the way the paper fits in… plus not easy to get connected to Internet. Buttons don’t explain much. I’m going to return for a better one
