So far this is well worth the price . My wife shops around for best prices for the product. And this is a very good printer scanner for home office.

This printer is practically worthless! It will not load the paper so it will actually print. You have to manually feed the paper to get anything to print since the feeder on the back of the printer won't work. This will be the last HP printer I ever purchase since it doesn't even do what it is designed to do. What a disappointment!

Good printer, especially for the price. Has all the features needed in a home office or small business office. Easy set-up process and easy to connect wirelessly to all my devices. Great combination of functionality and value.

Meh replacement for a similar officejet that died. Everything about this one is slower and more cumbersome when printing from phone or tablet. The only plus so far is the doc feeder for scanning. It works.

Not crazy about the way the paper fits in… plus not easy to get connected to Internet. Buttons don’t explain much. I’m going to return for a better one

I returned this printer after having trouble setting it up. Had to call customer support (all the way in the Phillipines). He got it to print after installing a driver. Then I tried to print several times later....nothing.

Keeping it easy to add paper is nicer than my old printer. Loading the ink cartridge is different from my old printer so I need to get use to the change.

The printer worked fine when initially purchased. However it stopped working once the replacement ink from Instant Ink was installed. The printer was unable to connect to the HP server. The display panel has a bunch of symbols and flashing lights that tell you absolutely nothing about fixing the problem. The HP representative tried over several days to fix the issue. I finally got tired of the phone calls and troubleshooting. I bought the warrenty from Best Buy so lets see how that goes.

This printer does not work well with my Chromebook. The HP smart app did not work, the WiFi direct worked but does not hold the connection. Since I don't print much - maybe 20 pages per month - I'm using a USB cable. There is a problem printing from Chromebook - top, bottom and side margins are cut off. I can adjust those when I create a document but printing a page from the internet is a challenge. I did not return the printer because most inexpensive printers have problems with Chromebook. I have mixed feelings about recommending this product. I can make it work for what I need but it would be nice if it just worked correctly

      Hi there.

I’m sorry you’ve encountered such difficulty attempting to make your printer work with your Chromebook. It’s abundantly clear why problems related to software, connectivity and unexpected crops to printed materials would be exasperating. I want to help you remedy the situation, so I’ll provide a resource aimed at making that happen.

I can’t tell from your review what’s causing these problems, and I don’t know whether any workarounds exist, but I believe it deserves further investigation. I hate this printer with every fiber of my being. I wish I could give it negative stars. I've NEVER printed anything on it without having to troubleshoot something. Usually it has disconnected itself from the internet. Other times, it says it's ready but then a printer cartridge has some malfunction. Sometimes I think its still broken and then it'll print 5 minutes later. This thing totally sucks. I rarely print, and now I never print because there's always some kind of error. I bet they charge me for going over my 10 pages this month too when the cartridge kept malfunctioning. I'm going to get something else that works like it should, and then take this thing out in the backyard and introduce it to my Louisville Slugger. I'm not joking. I'll never buy another HP (Horrible Pieceofcrap).
