Poor Quality. Malfucntion even new!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Poor quality. I used it to scan mostly and used it about 6 times. Printed twice and it started to print 95% of the page leaving the edge unprinted. Everything is new so how can it start to malfunction. I don't recommend this product.

||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printer works great. Its not super fast at printing but it does get the job done. It has the option to sign up and HP will mail ink when you run low. I would recommend for home use

||Posted . Stylish printer with excellent quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.after numerous attempts to get this printer connected via wifi (I'm not full techy) I am now enjoying this printer. scanner is fast and sharp. I also like the HP tools and HP instant program. For the cost of $125.00 this printer is totally worth it. Great Buy

Maybe This Isn't The One
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I continue to have issues with connecting to my laptop or phone through wireless connection. The whole purpose was to eliminate wires and seems like I am going to have to add the wire to connect to my laptop. Image is not bad. On the app, there isn't a cancel job button that actually works. The thing froze and kept printing and printing and it didn't want to turn off so I had to unplug it. Waited a few hours and repluged it and it kept printing the same image. I just left it and wasted about have my ink cartridges. Sucks.

Affordable. Convenient.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good quality for the price. But it was a bit of a challenge to set up w our devices. Our photocopying needs are minimal. Having this beats going to the library for copies.

Looks Good On Paper, Not So Good In Practice
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This machine looks great on paper as well as hands on in the store. HOWEVER, after having it for a couple weeks and trying multiple times to connect it wirelessly to my desktop HP, I still can't get it to work. The HP site is absolutely no help as the machine keeps failing to send out a connectable wireless signal that my desktop can see. I've set up many wireless accessories, including printers, so I do know how to do it, too. Very disappointing.
