    Printer works great with no problems. Even reconnected itself after we lost electricity for a night and half day. The Geek Squad installer was excellent in linking all needed devices and explaining how to use it.

    This printer does not work well with my Chromebook. The HP smart app did not work, the WiFi direct worked but does not hold the connection. Since I don't print much - maybe 20 pages per month - I'm using a USB cable. There is a problem printing from Chromebook - top, bottom and side margins are cut off. I can adjust those when I create a document but printing a page from the internet is a challenge. I did not return the printer because most inexpensive printers have problems with Chromebook. I have mixed feelings about recommending this product. I can make it work for what I need but it would be nice if it just worked correctly

    just needed a basic printer, got what i paid for, thats all i ask. does the job its supposed to do. no frills. ink as always outrageously expensive compared to the printer. but they are all the same i guess

    after numerous attempts to get this printer connected via wifi (I'm not full techy) I am now enjoying this printer. scanner is fast and sharp. I also like the HP tools and HP instant program. For the cost of $125.00 this printer is totally worth it. Great Buy

    This machine looks great on paper as well as hands on in the store. HOWEVER, after having it for a couple weeks and trying multiple times to connect it wirelessly to my desktop HP, I still can't get it to work. The HP site is absolutely no help as the machine keeps failing to send out a connectable wireless signal that my desktop can see. I've set up many wireless accessories, including printers, so I do know how to do it, too. Very disappointing.

    The best printer I've ever had. I love the monthly ink program, I never have to go out for ink and I don't have to order it either. I love having it connected to wifi, I can print from anywhere I need to
