The worst experience I ever had The order was delayed and cancelled without any notification. I I was trying to follow up Where is my order? Then they told me that their shipping career refused to pick up the package and your order is cancelled !! Then I went to the store and was even worse no one cared I was waiting over 30min me and my husband running around the employees to find some one to help us to bring the printer from the stockroom to pay everyone was hiding! Finally when we get our order after staying on the line for a very unreasonable time they ask us to go to another cashier beside the entrance and when we prepared our money to pay they said they don't take cash??? Will never buy again from this location cobb parkway again. No one care! Three weeks passed following everyday to refund my money which not received yet , Very, very, very disappointed there was an option to pick zero star I will do instead of one

The best printer I've ever had. I love the monthly ink program, I never have to go out for ink and I don't have to order it either. I love having it connected to wifi, I can print from anywhere I need to

I love my printer. It is user-friendly but, I don't like the cost of ink. No matter what printer you purchase, the ink will be pricey. I think it is cheaper just to buy a new printer than to keep replacing ink. If you shop around you can find a good deal on ink though. I love that it is wireless and that I have the option to print from my phone. Can't beat it. I also was able to purchase this printer with my points which are even greater.

Don't waste your money on a printer that does not have a screen. I tried for 3 hours to get this printer to connect with my network. I followed the instructions supplied, even disconnected the WiFi router and reconnected it but it would not work. I then tried to call HP Tech, and guess what? They do not supply a phone number. I Googled HP to get their phone number. After over an hour with their expert using codes and numbers I could never know, and printing over 25 pages on the 'free limited printing cartridge' to test the printer, I finally got my iPhone and iPad connected. However, that technician was not certified to help me connect with my Chrome Notebook so I had to be transferred to another expert and after another hour, finally got connected. I probably would have given a more favorable recommendation except for what happen next. The technician convinced me to sign up for the ink subscription, and in the process, all my connections were erased! 5 1/2 HOURS! I hung up and decided to try again the next day. I was put on hold. I returned the printer the next day.

I had this Printer for 8 months. W print around 20 pages a week if lucky. Last 3 months Having different problems with the printer. Receive error codes, When it starts to print then stop printing have to wait from 30 seconds to 2 minutes finish the printer. Show up offline twice a week. When making a copy the paper doen't feed sometimes. have to push little.

Needed a printer for home use. The wifi is great. Easy to set up and connect to my cell and my laptop. I have had the printer for about a month and havent used it to full capacity. Looking forward to faxing and uploading my photos.

Brian has serviced my printers on 2 visits. He is always respectful, friendly, and very professional I am impressed with his computer knowledge and willingness to answer all my questions. I am very pleased with the performance of my newest printer!

I have had terrible luck with HP printers in the past, as they seem to be prone to breaking. This printer seems to be more sturdy and the scan feature is great. It does jam occasionally, but so do $ 500 printers... So far so good

Easy hook up. Had no problems it hook up to my phone-desktop with ease. Print quality is great. We have scanned a few papers. No problems. Great value. Would highly recommend.

Great works amazing I would advise getting another thing of ink before leaving because there isn’t much in there

although I liked the look and size of this printer the actual printing was way too slow. It took 2 minute tp print one page. I returned it for a full refund.

I actually love this new printer!! The only negative is I’m not fond of the back loader for the paper. The price was right and I can live with it. I prefer a hidden paper loader that doesn’t make the printer take up so much space.

Works well for what I need it for (a few prints a month). The automatic ink delivery feature from HP is a perk also. I hate to run out of ink when you need it most & don’t have any extra. Set up took a little longer than I anticipated, but wasn’t too difficult.

This a good printer with document feeder. it can auto feed up to 50 documents at a time. however it sometimes looses the wifi connectivity and i have power cycle the printer.

This is my 2nd HP printer. It always gives problem connecting to laptop. Even i tried with direct cable to connect apart from remote connection. Everyother times it fails to pick up the laptop connection. I heard the same issue with many of my frinds who use this on personal laptop. Unless HP fix this,All their prints is going to fail. Please correct this issue.

It is an excellent product. I recommend it and give it five stars.

Good printer took a little time to get connected to devices but works good after connected Only problem I had was the 6 months worth of ink that it said it came with only lasted 1 week

Basic, simple printer. No plastic extender for paper tray, so when it prints, it just shoots the paper on the floor.

This is a decent printer but it took me a while to figure out how to make copies. The instructions that came with it were not very clear. And I would like my color copies to be clearer.
